Lisa Drader-Murphy on SEA AND BE SCENE And HEARD

Broadcast Date – November 11, 2020

Our chats will be just that very conversational, not entirely sensible, and with any luck totally enjoyable.

And it’s always a joy to connect with today’s guest – now I grant you that’s not always easy with her schedule – between her main roles as Fashion Designer, Award-Winning CEO, Retailer and Proprietor not to mention her work as a fashion editor, an in-demand guest speaker, and her many philanthropic projects – fair to say Lisa Drader Murphy always has something on the go.  Her 4 stores throughout the Maritimes – 1 on PEI in Cavendish, plus the 3 shops in Nova Scotia at her headquarters in Falmouth, in Bedford and in the Historic Properties of Halifax (where you’ll also find her lovely wine bar – Libations) are bustling with another brand new line of her lovely creations and on top of that there’s her incredible Willow Vale Estate.  Her gorgeous getaway set amidst 4 acres of Apple Orchards complete with a 110 ft wrap around Victorian porch a saltwater pool and a hot tub for 8 – so that’s a lot right and we’ll talk about all of it plus what she’s planning next which includes an exciting new retail venture in Falmouth and a fantastic find on a fortuitous stroll through Paris. We’ll also get to First Things First, play a fun round of INsights IN 10, and spin some of her favourite tunes along the way – so with all that ahead we best get to it.  Here’s my conversation with the one and only Lisa Drader Murphy. (you find the player at the bottom of post)
